Call: Primary call in house with post call day off; secondary call 30 minute response time (as noted)

Position Overview

CRNA coverage in a high volume environment

CRNAs and MDs work independently doing their own cases (as noted)

Blocks, spinals, and epidurals proficiency required

Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
Clinical Scope

General

Endoscopy (primarily in the surgery center)

Orthopedics

Urology

High risk OB including VBACs

GYN

Oncology

Liver

Vascular (some)

ENT

Anesthesia supported radiology
Required Qualifications

Active Indiana license

NBCRNA certification

BLS, ACLS, and PALS as required by the site

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Credentialing

Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
