What You’ll Do Collaborating as a team to provide quality care that reflects our core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Administering medications and treatments according to personalized care plans. Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners going above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience. Maintaining precise and up-to-do documentation. What We’re Looking For A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License. Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus, and a collaborative spirit is essential. 1 or more years of experience as an LPN. Licensed as an LPN but no experience?
