At a Watermark Community our Community Life Associate does so much more than what the title reflects. Our Community Life team come from a variety of backgrounds including theater, art, music, fitness, education, event planning and recreation. Job Requirements
- Experience in preparing and implementing Activities preferred
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field a plus
- Experience in resident programming preferred
- Passion for seniors
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
