Seeking a strategic and collaborative communications leader, the full-time Associate Vice President of Brand and External Communications will manage the brand strategy and external communications team, enhancing market reputation and visibility while working remotely. Key responsibilities Partner with the CMO to design and execute an integrated external communications strategy that strengthens brand awareness and differentiation Lead and mentor the brand team in public relations, social media, digital marketing, and employer branding initiatives Oversee the firm's digital marketing strategy, ensuring optimized visibility and brand reputation across various platforms Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 12-15+ years of leadership experience in brand strategy and communications, preferably in consulting or healthcare Proven success in building corporate brands that support business growth and reputation Deep expertise in executive communications, media relations, and integrated communications strategy Outstanding writing and storytelling abilities, with experience in crafting executive messaging and strategic narratives
