Senior Game Producer
Required Skills & Experience• 5+ years of experience in game production, project management, or a related production leadership role within the video game, tabletop, digital gaming, or interactive entertainment industry. • Proven experience delivering game features, content, systems, or releases in a cross-functional development environment. • Strong understanding of Agile development practices, milestone planning, backlog management, risk tracking, and production reporting. • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through ambiguity, competing priorities, and changing scope while maintaining alignment and momentum. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor updates for development teams, creative stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including documentation, action item tracking, schedule management, and follow-through. • Experience partnering with technical, creative, and QA teams to deliver polished player-facing experiences. • Ability to influence without authority, build trust across disciplines, and drive decisions in a matrixed environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience• Experience supporting live service games, digital game platforms, or recurring content release pipelines. • Familiarity with Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, or other collectible, tabletop, RPG, or strategy game ecosystems. • Experience working with external development partners, outsourcing vendors, localization teams, or distributed teams. • Technical aptitude or prior experience working closely with engineering teams on tools, systems, services, or platform features. • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar production and project tracking tools.
