ABOUT THE JOB
You’ve been working your way up in the restaurant world for a while. Maybe you even have a little college under your belt on the subject. Whatever the case may be, you know you want to manage a restaurant. Which is perfect for us because we (Domino’s Pizza) just happen to have some open positions. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Staffing and scheduling
- Paperwork and compliance
- Cost controls and cash management
- Food management
- Maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards
- Providing great customer service
- Attendance and punctuality
- Transportation to/from work
- Store cleanliness
- Marketing activities
- Driving profitability
