Key Responsibilities Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of multiple autonomous public safety product initiatives, from concept through launch and post‑launch optimization. Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to define scope, prioritize features, and deliver on time and within budget. Implement Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to streamline workflows, track progress, and continuously improve team performance. Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to inform product iterations and strategic pivots. Manage cross‑functional stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and resource allocation. Requirements 10+ years of program or product management experience in a technology or robotics company. Proven track record delivering complex, cloud‑based solutions (AWS preferred). Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to influence senior leaders and diverse teams.
