Unit ControllerThe Unit Controller is responsible for managing all financial and accounting functions for a higher education facilities services operation. This position serves as a key business partner to operational leadership, providing financial guidance, budget management, forecasting, reporting, and internal control oversight to ensure the account achieves its financial goals while supporting exceptional service delivery to the client. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with operations leaders, client stakeholders, and support teams in a dynamic campus environment.Job ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & ReportingBudgeting & ForecastingAccounts Payable & ReceivableInternal Controls & ComplianceOperational PartnershipData Analysis & Decision SupportQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.3-5+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or controllership experience.Experience supporting facilities management, contract services, higher education, property management, hospitality, healthcare, or related operational environments preferred.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting required.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial systems, and ERP applications.Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and business partnership skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating across functional teams.Compensation DataCOMPENSATION: The salary for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.
