Our organization is collaborating with a prominent healthcare facility in Cape Girardeau to recruit orthopedic surgeons for a 245-bed hospital. This health system is a leading provider in the region, delivering comprehensive healthcare services to patients across several states. We are committed to offering high-quality, patient-focused care to the southeast Missouri community and are looking for board-eligible or certified orthopedic surgeons to join our team.

Opportunity Highlights

• General orthopedic practice with the flexibility to concentrate on your subspecialty, including a strong focus on trauma or sports medicine.
• Robust surgical volumes supported by ample advanced practice provider (APP) assistance.
• Additional compensation available for on-call duties—phone consultations only after APP coverage.
• Exceptional earning potential, with opportunities to reach the 90th percentile in income.
• Base salary of $890,000 for the first two years, along with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
• Contributions towards student loan repayment.
