We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in customer service.
No previous customer service experience is required. We provide training and support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in the role. Requirements/Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers
High school diploma or equivalent preferred No prior customer service experience required Strong communication and active listening skills Professional and positive attitude Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Comfortable using computers, email, and basic online systems Ability to learn new software and processes quickly Quiet, professional workspace suitable for remote work What We Offer
