What we offer

• The Company pays a base commission hourly rate for hours spent providing services to customers, plus customer tips. The base commission hourly rate range is $30.00 to $40.00 based on skills, experience, schedule availability, and company culture alignment. The average, but not guaranteed, tip is $24.00 resulting in average total hourly compensation of $54.00 to $64.00. Hiring at the maximum of the commission wage range is not typical to allow for future and continued compensation growth.

Additionally, the following benefits are offered for regular employees.
