Branch Manager

Responsibilities Build an outstanding environment where employees enjoy working and impact the community. Lead by example, empowering the team to offer loan products that meet customer needs. Ensure all loan options are presented for review in the lending process. Manage collection activities, including consulting with customers on past‑due loan payments. Attract, develop, and retain high‑quality and diverse talent. Coach team members, provide actionable feedback, and empower career growth. Drive branch performance by motivating the team while maintaining compliance with all policies and applicable laws. Use strategic thinking to prioritize and resolve issues promptly and consistently. Travel locally for business development purposes. Qualifications HS Diploma or GED. Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team. Proven experience meeting sales goals. Ability to obtain required insurance licensing within 6 months of start date. Preferred: College degree or experience with underwriting, credit decision, or related financial industry experience.
