Warehouse Manager

We are hiring immediately for a Full-Time Warehouse Manager . This is a new position we are bringing into our Carpet Garage Bismarck location. This is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations while also assisting with jobsite measurements, project coordination, freight, and other operational needs.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, comfortable working independently, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help keep projects and daily operations running smoothly.

Primary Duties Include:

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations
• Travel to customer jobsites to perform accurate flooring measurements
• Check projects and assist with project coordination
• Serve as a runner for materials, supplies, and other project needs
• Receive, unload, organize, and transfer freight
• Answer phones and assist customers and team members as needed
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
• Assist with general building and grounds maintenance
• Work with the Store Manager to address performance concerns of other warehouse associates
• Perform additional duties as needed based on business needs

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM
• One Saturday per month
• Averaging 40 hours per week

Previous warehouse, flooring, measuring, or management experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with a strong work ethic and the ability to learn. The position requires someone who is comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities and working both in the warehouse and out in the field.
