Adhere to ALARA principles, monitor radiation dose, shield when appropriate, and ensure equipment is used safely. Prepare patients, explain procedures, monitor comfort, and respond to patient needs during exams. Review images for quality, adjust technique as needed, and communicate findings or concerns with radiologists. Maintain accurate documentation and patient records; adhere to infection control and safety standards. Collaborate with the radiology team to support efficient patient flow and timely exam turnaround.
