Qualifications/Experience:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Recent Stepdown nursing experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Proficiency in monitoring critically ill patients and prompt response to changes in status
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to Stepdown patients
• Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions and responses to treatments
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and implement physician orders
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies
• Participate in patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
