What You'll Do
- Provide OB hospitalist services in a busy hospital setting
- Manage labor and delivery units, including emergent and scheduled cases
- Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Document patient care accurately using EMR (EPIC)
- Support and stabilize obstetric emergencies when needed
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need
- Required:
- Valid Texas medical license
- Board certification in OB/GYN
- NBCRNA Certification (preferred but highly beneficial)
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred:
- DEA and CSR certifications (if available)
- Prior hospitalist OB experience
