Maintain a focused caseload of approximately 2–3 comprehensive clients, allowing time to effectively oversee clinic operations and team performance. Qualifications: Masters Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB. 3+ years of experience as a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst – preferably in a clinic setting.
