Family Practice - Without OB Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join a growing, value-based care organization serving communities in Mobile, Alabama and Gulfport, Mississippi . This is a fantastic opportunity to practice patient-centered medicine with strong support, manageable panel sizes, and excellent compensation.
Position Highlights Base Salary: $250,000
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Outpatient-focused practice
Value-based, quality-driven care model
Smaller patient panels for meaningful care
Strong clinical and administrative support
Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Prescribe medications and develop individualized care plans
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic studies
Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
️ MD or DO
️ Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
️ Active or eligible Alabama and/or Mississippi medical license
️ Passion for preventive and value-based care
