Financial Planning Analyst

NO HYBRID / NO REMOTE THIS POSITION IS IN OFFICE M-F Are you an analytical finance professional looking for a role where your work directly impacts executive decision-making? We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to become the right hand to our CFO. This highly visible position offers the opportunity to own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis while playing a key role in ERP implementation and acquisition integration efforts. This isn't a back-office reporting position—you'll work directly with senior leadership, build financial models that influence strategy, and help improve systems and reporting across a growing organization. What You'll Do Own weekly and monthly financial reporting and variance analysis Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Analyze project profitability, margins, WIP, and percentage-of-completion reporting Support ERP implementation, reporting development, and finance system improvements Assist with acquisition integration and financial reporting standardization Create dashboards and reporting tools that improve business visibility Partner closely with the CFO, Controller, and executive leadership What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field 3–5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills ERP experience (NetSuite, Sage, Viewpoint, Foundation or similar) Strong analytical ability with excellent communication skills Construction, commercial services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or project-based accounting experience is highly preferred Why Join Us?
