Schedule Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Job Description The Registered Nurse will provide care in a telemetry unit, focusing on monitoring and managing patients with cardiac conditions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in rhythm interpretation, IV cardiac medication administration, and stroke management. Responsibilities Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify critical conditions. Manage IV cardiac medications and continuous infusions. Provide patient education regarding heart health and stroke prevention. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Utilize Epic for patient documentation and charting. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Valid NY State RN License in hand. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (can be obtained prior to starting). Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including recent telemetry/stepdown experience. Experience managing IV cardiac medications and familiarity with stroke care. Why ARMStaffing?
