Job Overview A law firm seeks a Private Wealth Associate for its Washington office. The ideal candidate will have four to eight years of experience in sophisticated estate planning, trust and estate administration, estate and gift tax, and charitable planning. Duties Collaborate with attorneys across various offices in the Financial Services & Capital Markets group. Engage in sophisticated estate planning and drafting. Manage trust and estate administration tasks. Advise on estate and gift tax matters. Participate in charitable planning initiatives. Requirements Four to eight years of relevant experience preferred. Prior law firm experience required. Active bar license in the corresponding state or commitment to obtain one. Excellent academic credentials. Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Active bar license in the relevant state. Skills Exceptional judgment and ability to handle multiple projects. Strong articulation of legal strategies and courses of action. Commitment to community involvement.
