We are seeking a passionate, talented, and results-driven Esthetician to join our award-winning team at Bergamos Retreat — a luxury day spa where transformation and relaxation meet.

Position Summary Are you an experienced esthetician who loves helping clients look and feel their absolute best? We’re looking for a compassionate skincare expert to deliver world-class facial and body treatments in a beautiful, serene environment. In this role, you will consult with guests, create personalized treatment plans, and provide exceptional service that keeps clients coming back again and again.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding, results-oriented facials and body treatments using advanced techniques including exfoliation, chemical peels, herbal green peels, oxygen therapy, radiofrequency, and more
• Perform expert waxing services with precision and care
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Pre-book future appointments and help guests achieve their long-term skincare goals
• Educate and recommend premium skincare products to drive retail sales
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in your treatment room
• Build strong client relationships while maintaining professionalism
• Contribute to a positive, uplifting, and supportive team environment
• Stay current with the latest skincare trends and techniques through continuous learning

What We’re Looking For:

• Active and valid Texas Esthetician License (TDLR)
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience
• Strong technical skills and a true passion for skincare
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, caring presence
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to bring your own clientele (preferred)
• Team player who values guest satisfaction above all
