Part time Housekeeper

Morningside University is looking for two dependable and energetic part-time Housekeepers to join our campus facilities team! If you take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoy making a positive difference for students, faculty, staff, and visitors, this is the job for you! These positions work approximately 29 hours a week, which does include some hours on Saturday and Sunday. What Youll Do As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in keeping our campus buildings clean, orderly, safe, and inviting by: Performing a variety of custodial tasks to maintain clean, attractive, and orderly buildings Sweeping, mopping, and caring of floors. Performing general cleaning duties and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Operating household and cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Working independently and as part of a team to keep campus spaces looking their best. Providing friendly, professional service to students, employees, and campus visitors. What Were Looking For Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of general cleaning practices and experience using household or custodial equipment. The ability to work successfully independently or as part of a group.
