What We’re Looking For We’re growing our lifestyle team and hiring across multiple levels (VP, Director, Account Supervisor, Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, etc.) as we continue to expand as a full-service agency delivering boutique, high-touch services across a diverse client roster—including beverage, beauty, wellness, tech, healthcare, B2B, hospitality, and more. We’re looking for dynamic, culturally tapped-in individuals who are passionate about storytelling, media relations, and building impactful, conversation-driving campaigns. At Autumn Communications, you’ll have the opportunity to work across industries, bringing a thoughtful, strategic lens to brands at every stage. Team members play a key role in shaping and executing client strategy, managing day-to-day account work, and contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Depending on level, you may lead client relationships, drive long-term strategy, execute standout media moments, and mentor junior team members—all while delivering the kind of personalized, boutique approach that sets our work apart. Location Must be based in the greater Tri-State area or Los Angeles, with the ability to be in-office 2 days per week. Key Areas of Responsibility Support and/or lead day-to-day account execution across multiple clients Contribute to and help drive client strategy and long-term planning Build and maintain strong media relationships across lifestyle, culture, and relevant verticals Execute media outreach to secure impactful, high-quality coverage Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal teams and clients Lead or support client projects and ensure deliverables meet expectations Collaborate across teams to support new business and agency growth initiatives Stay tapped into trends, culture, and media landscape to inform strategy Skills & Abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership Education & Experience Varies by level (entry to senior-level opportunities available) Relevant experience in public relations, communications, or related fields preferred What We Offer Comprehensive health care and wellness plans 401(k) savings plan Unlimited paid time off (personal, sick, vacation) #J-18808-Ljbffr Autumn Communications
