Each participant will spend approximately 12 months developing and mastering the tools and skills needed to be successful across multiple aspects of the organization. This program provides a cross‑functional, hands‑on learning experience through guided segments, including: Orientation to Carrier Enterprise’s mission, vision, values, and culture Product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies Wholesale/branch sales functions Distribution/warehouse functions Creating a great customer experience After successful completion of the Trainee Program, you will be able to implement, demonstrate, and provide the highest level of customer service in the industry. At that time, you will have the opportunity to discuss your professional goals and career path. With roles in sales, branch sales, warehouse operations, finance, marketing, and many more, the opportunities are endless.
