Registered Nurse (RN) Transplant

The RN Transplant provides specialized nursing care to patients undergoing organ transplantation, from pre-operative evaluations to post-surgical management. This role involves monitoring for organ rejection, coordinating with transplant teams, and educating patients on lifelong care requirements.
