GMF wants our employees to be as excited to be a part of our rapidly growing company as we are, so we offer a merit incentive for all welders. Pay rates include $180/Month as incentive for the first 90 days, and after 90 days, you will be eligible for our standard production incentive. Responsibilities Weld, burn cope, and punch as needed; adapt to a fast-paced, energetic, and innovative workspace; contribute to high-quality steel fabrication as part of a growing team. Qualifications Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and willingness to strive for GMF’s high company standards. Ability to pass all pre-employment screening including weld tests Physical endurance to complete the necessary tasks Experience in fitting is a plus and may qualify for higher pay Salary Range $16 - $25/Hour Dependent upon experience Eligible for a Performance Bonus Hours Monday through Friday: 7:00AM - 4:30 PM Saturdays: 6:00AM-12:00PM Schedule adjusted according to workload; Occasional to constant according to schedule.
