Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Summary Responsible for the preparation of SEC financial reporting. Assistance with technical accounting research and work alongside Director, SEC Financial Reporting, and Technical Accounting. Responsibilities Prepare the Quarterly and Annual Reports on Form 10-Q/K. Prepare current reports on Form 8-K Manage communications with external auditors. Prepare the quarterly and annual Earnings Releases. Ensure timely identification and compliance with the latest accounting guidance. Assist in technical accounting research. Prepare journal entries related to equity accounting, intercompany eliminations, and other related financial reporting entries. Prepare flux analyses. Maintain procedures to comply with internal control requirements. Participate in other projects as required. Qualifications / Requirements Accounting degree and CPA required. Accounting professional with 7 to 9 years of experience in public accounting under GAAP. Experience in financial reporting and/or technical accounting is a plus. Experience with general ledger systems. Experience with Oracle is a plus, but not required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and writing skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Travel/Misc. Travel not required.
