Step into the mill—here’s your day

On first shift, you’ll arrive on-site and take ownership of a milling area within a fast-paced, temp-to-perm production environment. You’ll set up equipment to spec, bring machines online, and keep a close watch on throughput and quality. When the unexpected happens, you’ll troubleshoot quickly so production keeps moving.

• Prepare and set up milling machines for scheduled production runs using provided specifications.
• Operate and monitor equipment, adjusting as needed to maintain a steady, reliable flow.
• Perform product checks and measurements to confirm standards are met.
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Support basic preventive maintenance and coordinate supplies as needed.

• 1+ year of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Comfort with basic computer use, data entry, and fundamental reading, writing, and math.
• Must pass or hold STRATTEC operator driver's license for power-driven vehicles and fire extinguisher training.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• On-site stability with a path from temporary to permanent employment.
