This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage projects and foster collaboration across teams and clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality and budget control. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. Resolve issues with analytical thinking and conflict resolution strategies. Promote teamwork and a positive work environment. Mentor and develop team members, modeling leadership and professionalism. Analyze financials to manage costs and drive project profitability. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and influence outcomes through clear communication. Requirements: Proven project management experience in a technical field. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Required Skills & Experience
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years relevant field service or project management
- Industry experience: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation
