Reporting structure: reporting to Director of Rehab. As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You are a healer and a helper, addressing the whole patient and treating them as an individual. Your goal is the design of a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities. You are adaptable to the needs of patients and find joy in the variety of work and settings. You collaborate with peers, make referrals when necessary, and train patients and caregivers on the skills needed to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Must have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Must have a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. Posted Salary Range: USD $39.20 – $41.78 /hr.
