Job Description:

The Behavioral Health Provider operates under the general supervision of the facility behavioral health services supervisor. In this part-time contract role, you will provide group treatment and one-on-one individual sessions to assigned youth. You will document clinical services provided and provide clinical summaries and updates to the facility behavioral health supervisor for the youth's treatment team. Your work will contribute to positive outcomes and youth well-being within this unique context. Responsibilities include providing group treatment for youth with court orders or clinically assessed needs. You will provide individual, one-on-one therapy sessions for assigned youth on the mental health caseload. Clinical summaries and reports of youth progress or barriers to progress must be completed. It is essential to ensure meticulous completion of all necessary documentation. Unusual working conditions may include exposure to clients who may be potentially violent or exposure to unusual noise, odors, or contagious diseases.
