Shifts Available: Full-Time & Part-Time, Day and Night Shifts Available (12 hour shifts)

Pay & Compensation

• LPN Pay Range: $32.00- $37.00 (Depending on experience)

• RN Pay Range: $36.00- $40.00 (Depending on experience)

• Shift Differential: $4.00/hour for evening shifts

• Commuter Perk: Gas reimbursement

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

As a RN or LPN on our team, you will provide compassionate, high-quality clinical care to our residents. Your day-to-day will include:

• Clinical Care: Administer medications, preform treatments, and monitor resident conditions according to physician orders.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and rigorous electronic health records and clinical documentation.

• Infection Control: Adhere to strict safety, sanitation, and infection control standards to keep our community safe.

• Collaboration: Work alongside CNAs, therapists, and physicians to deliver holistic, dignified, and patient-centered care.

• Emergency Response: Respond calmly, quickly, and effectively to urgent medical situations.

What We Look For (Qualifications)

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois.

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing.

• Experience : 1+ years of experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care is preferred (but passionate new graduates are welcome to apply!).

• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a warm, empathetic beside manner.
