Job Description

Job Summary:
A CT Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic computed tomography (CT) procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment. The role involves operating advanced imaging equipment and ensuring high-quality imaging within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Siemens Force and GE Revolution Apex CT imaging equipment to capture accurate diagnostic images.
• Follow established protocols and patient positioning guidelines to ensure optimal imaging results.
• Document patient information and procedure details accurately using the Allscripts documentation system.
• Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to safety procedures, including BLS certification, throughout all procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to deliver exceptional patient care and address patient needs during imaging.
• Adhere to hospital policies, unit-specific guidelines, and dress code requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active NH Medical Tech License and NH State License prior to submission.
• Possess ARRT (CT) certification and a minimum of 1 year of CT experience.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of CT procedures and equipment operation.
• Be able to work scheduled day shifts, rotating every other weekend, with availability for 13-week assignments.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
