Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations. Reliable transportation. Need To Knows Services will be provided in clients\' homes or in community-based locations. All positions start off part-time. Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
