Life-Saving Family Support Advocate
HonorBridge, Inc.
HonorBridge, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Family Support Coordinator to guide donor families through crisis, loss, and difficult medical decisions. You will provide compassionate emotional support, coordinate with hospital teams, and educate families about donation options. In this role, you’ll travel to partner hospitals, respond to referrals, and help families navigate end-of-life processes with respect and sensitivity.
