JOB DESCRIPTION As a member of the HR Central ("HRC") team, our HR Central Representatives ("HRC Rep") are an integral partner to the Human Resources function. The HRC Rep serves as the primary contact within a centralized shared service center (and/or support model). As an HRC Rep, you will apply general HR knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of administrative tasks and are responsible for data administration by entering, maintaining, auditing, and processing sensitive HR data into the HRIS system. You'll partner with, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll and/or Benefits team members on a variety of tasks and special projects.
