Ola Juice Bar is looking for talented baristas!! We specialize in cold press juice, smoothies, acai bowls, vegan foods, and espresso based beverages. Here's the stuff we need your help with!:

• Make and serve smoothies, acai bowls, espresso drinks and other food and beverage items

•Handle food according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations

• Provide connection with guests and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner

•Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using dialing in and other standard measures and recipes

• Enter orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments

•Replenish line, beverages and general supplies while maintaining the cleanliness of service area

• Ensure proper presentation, portion control and food knowledge to  guide guests through menu
  

•Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils

• Ensure proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards

•Keep display stocked and rotated.

• Review product in stock and line setup for a successful shift.

•Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments

• Greet guests and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction

•Relay relevant concerns from customers to leads or managers 

• Serve guests quickly and efficiently, and prevent delays in serving lines

•Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately communicates allergens

• Guide guests through menu selection by actively listening and providing Ola's nutritional benefits to guests

•Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards

• Serve food and beverage neatly and attractively per standard

•Perform other duties as assigned

This position requires early hours, availability on evenings and weekends.
