We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our exceptional nursing team in the Chicago, IL area. If you're a compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding resident care, developing strong clinical teams, and driving quality outcomes, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do
As the Director of Nursing DON, you will provide clinical leadership and oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department. You'll ensure exceptional resident care while fostering a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring the nursing team
- Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Driving quality clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction
- Managing staffing, clinical operations, and nursing services
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional care
- Promoting a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability
What We're Looking For in a DON
Required Qualifications:
- Active IL Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for caring for seniors and developing high-performing teams
