This full-time contract position offers the unique opportunity to provide essential communication and language support for K-12 students, helping them thrive both inside and outside the classroom. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and fellow professionals, delivering high-quality speech and language services in a nurturing educational environment.

Qualifications:

• Active SLP license for the state of Oregon (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Experience working with school-aged children across K-12 preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and IEPs
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy sessions, both individual and group, for a varied student caseload
• Document and track student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and other relevant meetings as part of the school team
