YesEssential Functions-Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.-Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.-Implement treatment plans through a variety of techniques and modalities.-Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed.-Educate patients and their families about speech and language disorders, and provide strategies for improving communication.-Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.QualificationsEducation Master's Degree Speech Therapy required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
