Plumb Supply Company has an opportunity for a dependable person with a great attitude, attention to detail and a team player to join their Osage Beach, MO team. This is a full time position working Monday through Friday with overtime as required.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers both in person and over the phone to analyze both current and future needs to determine the most appropriate level of service/sales
• Demonstrate comprehensive company product knowledge to customers and effectively articulate company's competitive advantage
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide occasional order picking and miscellaneous warehouse duties, as the need arises
• Provide occasional deliveries to customer's shops or jobsites
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Plumbing and/or HVAC knowledge preferred
• Successful customer service experience and great communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers, supervisors, and customers both in person and over the phone
• Strong PC skills with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to recognize issues and resolve or escalate appropriately
• Must pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check, and driving record check)

$25.50 / hour
