PrideStaff - Greenville is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Chemical Packer for a liquid manufacturing facility for our customer in the Greenville, SC area .
In this vital role, you will join a collaborative Packing Team responsible for the setup, operation, and cleanliness of industrial liquid fillers. This position requires high accuracy as you will be staging materials, managing assigned lot numbers, and applying security seals to meet strict quality, regulatory, and customer specifications.

Chemical Packer Primary Responsibilities include:
Your main responsibility is the safe setup and operation of liquid fillers , ensuring containers are filled, sealed, and documented with 100% accuracy.

• Container Assembly: Build liquid tote containers and properly align heavy industrial drums for the filling process.
• Filler Operations: Stage necessary production materials and operate filling lines smoothly to meet the daily packing schedule.
• Material Logistics: Safely operate a forklift to transport, stack, and stage liquid materials in drums and totes, utilizing warehouse space efficiently.
• Line Sanitation: Understand and execute the proper flushing and cleaning of the packing line between product orders to prevent cross-contamination.
• Quality & Traceability: Correctly identify orders, maintain a full understanding of assigned lot numbers, and verify weights by operating industrial scales.
• Compliance & Food Safety: Apply container seals and document seal numbers meticulously, adhering to strict food safety guidelines concerning drums and totes.

Chemical Packer Requirements include:

• Certification Required: Must be a certified Forklift Operator with proven experience moving liquid cargo.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift and comfortably lift up to 45 lbs regularly.
• Technical Skills: Ability to accurately read and operate measurement scales; must be able to follow detailed written or oral work instructions.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on tracking lot and seal numbers to ensure flawless production documentation.
• Punctuality: A proven history of excellent attendance and a reliable, "get-it-done" attitude on the 2nd shift.
