Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurses to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors, delivering in-home care to patients in their homes. This position is 8 hours a month. Responsibilities Be a Pillar of Support: conduct thorough assessments and ensure each patient receives personalized, comprehensive care. Empower Through Education: guide and educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Compassionate Assistance: provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with dignity and respect. Coordinate Care: align your schedule with the patient’s plan of care, approved hours, and personal preferences. Vigilant Advocacy: monitor and promptly report changes in patient symptoms or behavior. Healing Hands: administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician. Collaborative Communication: work with Case Managers and collaborating physicians or specialists to maintain a unified approach. Documentation: maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system, reflecting the care provided. Emotional Support: offer guidance and empathetic support to patients and their families. Qualifications A valid and active RN license in the state of practice. Willingness to travel and provide in-home care. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Current BLS certification. Ability to pass a state and federal background check. Malpractice insurance is required. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a warm, empathetic approach. Compensation and How to Apply Pay Range: USD $38.00 - USD $44.00 per hour.
