If you're ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain academic records within the student information system.Process communications and workflow ticket requests efficiently.Interpret and apply policies to ensure compliance with university, state, and federal regulations.Handle transcript requests and inquiries with precision.Research, audit, and manage historical records for transcript production.Process applications for degree conferral and award degrees.Collaborate with students, advisors, and university staff to evaluate student records.Investigate and resolve issues presented by students and staff.Maintain confidential academic files in accordance with FERPA and university procedures.Contribute to the overall success of the OUR by performing additional duties as assigned.RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to business processes.High level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in data entry.Ability to analyze data, recognize anomalies, and apply updates methodically.Capability to work independently, multitask, and manage priorities effectively.PreferencesExperience in academic administration or a related field.Familiarity with student information systems and academic policies.Ready to make an impact at Boston University?
