The Role Agile Technical Program Manager to lead our IT Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, focusing on the successful implementation and management of our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) program. Your leadership ensures efficient program delivery, fosters cross‑team collaboration, and drives GTM process transformation. What You’ll Do CPQ Program Management : Lead planning and execution of CPQ projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and overseeing all phases from scoping to deployment and optimization. Resource Management : Optimize project resources to maximize productivity within constraints. Quality Assurance : Ensure delivery quality, implement best practices, and foster continuous improvement. Problem‑Solving : Navigate unforeseen challenges, adapt methodologies, and drive innovation during execution. Risk Management : Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make critical decisions to keep projects on course. Lifecycle Management : Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle and align processes with business goals. Stakeholder Engagement : Engage senior management, clients, and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations. Change Management : Develop and implement change strategies to ensure successful adoption of GTM projects. Team Leadership : Lead and empower project teams, delegate tasks, foster collaboration, and mentor junior members. Analytics Strategy : Execute a comprehensive analytics strategy across multiple projects to promote data‑driven decision‑making. Agile Practices : Apply Agile principles and best practices as an experienced Scrum Master managing multiple teams. Work from Santa Clara, CA office, with flexible arrangements for PTO, travel, or approved leave. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of program/project management with a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise, or cross‑functional projects. 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, including at least 3 years focused on CPQ implementation or similar systems. Experience with Agile methodologies. Experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams. Preferred: PMP certified, SAFe certified. Hands‑on experience with complex projects involving various application components, stack layers, and cloud technologies. Highly organized with attention to detail and strong prioritization skills. Proven problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate at all levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team player who values cooperation and leadership. Preferred: Experience with CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, LogicIO) and deep understanding of the GTM process.
