Pay & Earning Potential $800-$1,000 per week Weekly direct deposit Tips, performance incentives, and 5-star review bonuses Performance-based pay (piece-rate) Most technicians earn $25-$28/hr depending on efficiency and experience No gimmicks--team members who show up consistently, communicate well, and take pride in their work often earn $1,000+ per week, frequently in under 40 hours. Schedule Full-time, year-round position Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm No nights No weekends Our schedule is structured but dynamic. People who thrive here embrace flexibility and adapt quickly.
