DH Pace Company Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Entry Level Purchasing Admin to join our Purchasing Department in Coppell, TX . This administrative role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact vendors by phone and email to obtain pricing, product, and order information.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Assist with processing purchase orders and tracking orders.
• Communicate with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and other purchasing-related inquiries.
• Support the purchasing team with general administrative duties.
• Organize and maintain files, spreadsheets, and purchasing data.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Expert attention to detail and great customer service skills.
• Comfortable working independently and with a team.
• Prioritize tasks and possess strong analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
