### Requirements

✔ Active Idaho RN License or Compact RN License
✔ Minimum 3 year of Operating Room experience
✔ Previous Scrub RN experience required
✔ Current BLS Certification
✔ ACLS Certification (or ability to obtain within one year)
✔ EPIC EMR experience preferred
✔ Willingness to participate in scheduled on-call rotation

### Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in the pre-op, intra-op, PACU, and post-op settings.
* Perform both circulating and scrub RN duties.
* Prepare patients and operating rooms for surgical procedures.
* Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety throughout surgery.
* Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during procedures.
* Perform surgical counts and manage specimens accurately.
* Operate and maintain surgical equipment and instruments.
* Educate patients and families before and after surgery.
* Participate in instrument processing and sterilization when needed.
* Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC.
