We're looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to provide field leadership, oversee project execution, and help ensure our teams deliver the quality our clients expect.

This role is for someone who can see the bigger picture while staying connected to what's happening on the jobsite. You'll lead people, coordinate work, solve problems, communicate with project stakeholders, and take ownership of project success.

• Provide overall field leadership for commercial electrical construction projects.
• Lead, support, and develop Foremen, electricians, and apprentices.
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, equipment, and daily field activities.
• Work closely with project managers, general contractors, clients, and other project stakeholders.
• Review project plans and specifications and identify potential challenges or inconsistencies.
• Monitor project progress and help keep electrical work aligned with the overall construction schedule.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and accountability.
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues.
• Communicate project needs, risks, and progress clearly and consistently.
• Support the development of future field leaders within the organization.

The right Superintendent is an experienced electrical professional and a strong leader.

You know how to manage people, communicate with different stakeholders, and keep a project moving when challenges arise. You don't wait for problems to become emergencies. You ask questions, identify issues early, and work with the right people to find solutions.

Just as importantly, you understand that leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about creating an environment where people communicate, take ownership, and work together to get the job done right.

• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or senior field leader.
• Extensive commercial electrical construction experience.
• Strong understanding of project plans, specifications, and construction schedules.
• Proven ability to lead and develop field teams.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.
